My podcast is about my experience with type 1 diabetes (diagnosed 2015) and following a low carbohydrate lifestyle for blood glucose control. I now live with non-diabetic blood sugars (a1c - 4.7%), which is still mind-blowing to me, after being on the blood sugar rollercoaster for years!
