Mental Health - stigmas surrounding it and every day people's stories that want to share their experiences in hope of helping others. We have mental health providers who come on to share their experiences and education in helping others who are struggling or need guidance. We love hearing others stories, the resilience that they've gone through, the lows and how they're come through it, and the things they're still working on. NO one is perfect, and we all need someone to listen to at times. We (Kaden and myself- owners of the podcast) as well as our audience to tune in, are here and want to listen to those who need/want a listening ear. We cant wait to hear from everyone!
