About Ray

My name is Ray. My friend Kaden and I have decided to follow our passion and purpose in our desire to help influence positive change in the world of mental health. Both of us have had our own struggles and are slowly telling our own stories as well as helping others do the same.

I currently work for Dartmouth Hitchcock Memorial Hospital in New Hampshire. I have experience in working as a Med Tech in the Emergency Room as well as a medical assistant at the Pain Clinic for what used to be Goodall Hospital in Sanford, ME - but is now a part of Southern Maine Health care. My passion for patient care has always been extremely high. When I was younger, I chose to get certified as a bereavement volunteer with VNA Hospice care in Connecticut as well as working with people with disabilities. I love to listen to people's stories to learn more about their life experiences. I love to support and help people in need.

There is too much negative unnecessary stigma around mental health in this world, especially with Males and mental health that it needs to be discussed and in a way that inviting, accessible to everyone to matter where you come from! Thats why we have created the podcast and can't wait to network and talk about it.
