Each week, on Monday, I tell you the history behind how one of the Disney full length animated films was made and then watch it for the first time and provide a synopsis with commentary on how that movie measures up to modern social attitudes. On Thursdays, when available, I talk to guests who loved that movie as a kid and discuss their memories about it. Sometimes, we talk about themes from the movie and go in depth into those.
Guests who want to talk about Disney Movies and their experience watching them for the first time since childhood. Especially interested if you have a topic that can be discussed in relationship to that movie (i.e. Coping with Trauma in Dumbo).
We have 2 podcasts: 37 Disney Street Classics where we review the classic Animated Disney Films and rank and rate them The Disneyland Paris Show where we talk through the latest news at the parks and have monthly feature shows such as reviewing the rides, virtual days at the parks, trip reports, etc.
If you love Disney, Marvel, Star Wars, etc. the classics show is the podcast for you! If you’re a fan of the parks, planning a trip to Disneyland Paris, or want to know more about the park, etc. The Disneyland Paris Show has all that and more!
My Disney Brain is a podcast dedicated to my love of Disney World Theme Parks. This blog is my opportunity to demonstrate my love for the parks, as well as share great tips, tricks, and news about all things Walt Disney World. My family is a Disney family. We may have a unique perspective attending Theme Parks as people of color.
Many existing blogs or vlogs are not from this perspective. I wanted to offer this perspective and provide a clear understanding of how awesome this experience can be for everyone. Maybe even provide insights that come with a diverse point of view. I also want to encourage more people of color to visit the parks and who knows, maybe even develop the same love and passion for them as we have. Enjoy the blog!
