About The Audience (Who Guests Are Talking To) The short answer: our audience is an even mix of parents, education decision-makers, and health professionals. The less short answer: our parents live with a child with additional needs, due to a neuro-developmental disorder. Their child usually struggles to sleep, feels on edge most of the time, becomes overwhelmed easily, finds social interactions uncomfortable. Often they are severely affected and have not been able to develop speech, cannot learn abstract concepts, act in self-harming ways and aggressively toward others. Our parents are tired physically and emotionally. Their support network of money, friends and family is shrinking. We offer a program of brain stimulation to boost brain development in the areas that are affected, so that their brains can compensate and so that their challenges can fade away, but... it takes a village to raise a child.
