✔ Are Experts in Trauma Recovery & Personal Growth – Therapists, psychologists, life coaches, healers, and professionals specializing in CPTSD, nervous system regulation, somatic healing, and trauma-informed care.

✔ Guide Others Through Healing & Transformation – Authors, thought leaders, and speakers who help trauma survivors break free from limiting beliefs, rebuild self-trust, and step into their power.

✔ Bring Unique Healing Modalities & Insights – Those who use innovative or holistic approaches to healing, including EMDR, breathwork, inner child work, meditation, reparenting, body-based healing, and energy work.

✔ Aren’t Afraid to Get Real – Our best guests know that healing isn’t all rainbows and affirmations—it’s messy, nonlinear, and sometimes downright frustrating. We love guests who keep it raw, relatable, and even humorous while dropping real wisdom.
