1. Overview
Matters.com is operated by Thabble, LLC ("Company," "we," "us," "our"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Matters.com and all services operated by the Company, including but not limited to JuniorGolfRanking.com, SelfSettings.com, and Afluencer.com (collectively, the "Services"). By accessing or using any of the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
2. Eligibility and Accounts
You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. A parent or legal guardian may create and manage an account on behalf of a minor under 13. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update it as necessary. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account at our discretion.
Your Matters.com account may be used to sign in to other Services operated by Thabble, LLC through a shared authentication system (OAuth). By using your Matters.com credentials to access any Service, you authorize the sharing of your account information across those Services as necessary to provide and improve the Services. A single account suspension or termination may affect your access to all connected Services.
3. Services Provided
The Company operates multiple platforms under the Matters.com umbrella. Service-specific terms may apply and will be identified within each platform. Current services include:
- JuniorGolfRanking.com — Golf ranking, scoring, and related content for junior golfers.
- SelfSettings.com — Personal development tools and content.
- Afluencer.com — Influencer and brand connection marketplace.
- PitchPodcasts.com — Podcast booking and guest matching platform.
We reserve the right to add, modify, or discontinue any Service at any time.
4. User-Submitted Content
By submitting any content, data, scores, profiles, or other information ("User Content") through any of the Services, you grant Thabble, LLC a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, reproduce, and distribute your User Content in connection with operating the Services. You represent that you own or have the necessary rights to submit your User Content and that it does not violate any third party's rights. We reserve the right to remove any User Content at our discretion without notice. You are solely responsible for the accuracy and legality of your User Content.
5. Payments, Subscriptions, and Refunds
Certain features of the Services require payment. By purchasing a subscription or service, you agree to pay all applicable fees. All fees are quoted in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated. Payments are processed through third-party payment processors, and you agree to their terms of service as well. Subscriptions will automatically renew unless canceled before the renewal date. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis at the Company's sole discretion. We reserve the right to change pricing at any time with reasonable notice.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to: use the Services for any unlawful purpose; submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information; attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Services; interfere with or disrupt the Services; scrape, harvest, or collect data from the Services without written permission; impersonate any person or entity; or use the Services to harass, abuse, or harm others.
7. Intellectual Property
All content, design, code, trademarks, and materials on the Services (excluding User Content) are the property of Thabble, LLC or its licensors and are protected by applicable copyright and trademark law. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the Services without prior written consent.
8. Privacy
Your use of the Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Services, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described therein. We take reasonable measures to protect user data, but cannot guarantee absolute security.
9. Third-Party Links and Services
The Services may contain links to third-party websites or integrate with third-party tools. We are not responsible for the content, terms, or practices of any third-party site or service. Use of third-party services is at your own risk.
10. Disclaimers
The Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Thabble, LLC makes no warranties, expressed or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that any User Content (including rankings, scores, or profiles) is accurate or reliable.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Thabble, LLC and its officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, revenue, or profits, arising out of your use of or inability to use the Services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve months preceding the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow these limitations, so they may not apply to you.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Thabble, LLC, its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorney fees) arising from your use of the Services, your User Content, or your violation of these Terms.
13. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Services ceases immediately. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including IP, disclaimers, liability, and indemnification) will survive.
14. Modifications
We may revise these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated through the Services or via email. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
15. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in Illinois. You irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of those courts.
16. Service-Specific Terms
Additional terms may apply to individual Services and will be posted on the relevant platform. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and any service-specific terms, the service-specific terms shall control for that Service.
17. Use of Artificial Intelligence
The Services may use artificial intelligence ("AI") technologies, including but not limited to machine learning models, natural language processing, and automated decision-making, to operate, enhance, and deliver features across the platform. By using the Services, you acknowledge and agree that any content you submit, data you provide, or interactions you have within the Services may be processed by AI systems. We utilize established, commercially available AI providers (such as Anthropic, OpenAI, and similar services) to power AI features. However, Thabble, LLC does not control and cannot guarantee how third-party AI providers process, store, or use data submitted through their systems. You acknowledge this risk when using the Services. AI-generated content, recommendations, rankings, or outputs provided through the Services are for informational purposes only and should not be relied upon as professional advice. Thabble, LLC does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any AI-generated output. We reserve the right to implement, modify, or remove AI features at any time without notice.
