About Greg Hintz

I have spent my life helping people achieve true and lasting life change that doesn't begin with a 'to-do list', but with a 'to-value list'. When we are able to dig past everything that has happened in our life and bring meaning to it, it changes the entire perspective with which we see our personal potential. This journey for me began when I was working with sex addicts find healing from their decisions and the shame that had become part of who they were. When we were able to examine actions and motives and personal values, we began to understand that much of our current condition is dictated by our understanding of our past. Who we WERE often dictates who we ARE. But, that doesn't have to be the case.

I am often reminded of the incredible quote that said, "I will let my past remind me, but I won't let my past define me".

A major part of healing and wholeness is found when we come face to face with our past and finally allow ourselves to let go and embrace a new story. I help people face regret and pain and shame and then I help them embrace a new reality. This is one of the ways that we trade in broken yesterdays for a pure and undefiled today.
