My name is John Magnor. I’m 24 and I build and scale B2B companies, mainly software and service businesses.
I partner with companies through consulting or equity and help them build real sales systems. That means hiring and training reps, building scripts, setting compensation, and putting structure around acquisition so revenue becomes predictable and the founder is no longer the bottleneck.
I’ve been in sales and marketing for about seven years and started at 17 doing the actual work: cold calling, setting meetings, closing deals, and managing pipelines. I learned what works by selling, not theory.
Most companies I work with already have a solid product. Their problem is inconsistent sales execution. I fix that by building simple, repeatable processes, tracking the right numbers, and creating accountability across the team.
I spend a lot of time working directly with sales teams, from onboarding to call reviews to manager coaching. I focus on systems that scale, not shiny tools or motivation.
On podcasts, I keep things practical and execution focused. My goal is to help companies grow cleanly, predictably, and eventually exit.
