Marcie Dean spent 20 years leading UX teams at IBM and AWS, building a reputation for putting people first and creating systems where teams could thrive. But in 2023, everything changed when her soulmate Jon died saving his son from a rip current in the ocean.
In the aftermath of that devastating loss, Marcie discovered traditional healing modalities like meditation and yoga weren't accessible to her completely dysregulated nervous system. She was too activated, too raw for the tools everyone kept recommending. But instead of desperation, she felt guidance—a clear pull to create something different.
Jon was leading her. What began as creating instrumental music turned into something profound—Jon started coming through the music itself. Not as fragments or static-filled EVP recordings, but as clear, intentional vocal communication built from the frequencies in her compositions. Marcie developed a patent-pending audio filtering process to isolate and preserve these spirit transmissions, and what emerged was LovEvolve Music: healing frequency tracks that combine her instrumental compositions with direct spirit guidance.
Over the past two years, Marcie has created 300+ custom "Frequency Cocktails" for clients navigating grief, trauma, anxiety, and major life transitions. The results aren't subtle—people report immediate nervous system shifts, emotional releases that therapy couldn't touch, and the overwhelming sense that "the music knows exactly what I need." Because it does. The spirits communicating through Marcie's process have access to information she doesn't consciously possess, and they're using it to help people heal.
Marcie left the corporate world to build this work full-time, bringing her two decades of systems thinking to legitimizing and scaling spiritual technology. She's also a mom to two daughters, navigating what it means to live between worlds while paying bills and showing up for soccer games. Marcie is passionate, direct, hilarious when the moment calls for it, and completely uninterested in spiritual bypassing. She'll tell you the truth: this work gets messy, healing hurts before it helps, and the spirits don't always give you what you want—they give you what you need.
If you're looking for a guest who can talk about grief and spirit communication, nervous system science and divine guidance, corporate burnout and mystical awakening—all while keeping it real and probably making you laugh—Marcie's your person.
