After being diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis and spending years on drugs with adverse effects and living in a constant fog, I decided to take a natural approach to my own health. Which lead me to obtaining my PhD in Natural Health. Now I assist other learn about holistic strategies toward their own health...body, mind and soul.
