About Regina Sayer

Hi, I’m Regina. My spiritual awakening began quietly at 21, but I didn’t fully recognize it until years later while living in Singapore. In 2012, during a group Reiki share, I experienced a spontaneous energetic awakening—waves of sensation, heightened perception, and the emergence of unfamiliar but deeply resonant sounds and languages from within. These expressions became what I call the Languages of the Self—Earth-rooted voices of the Ancients, each carrying the intention to heal, teach, guide, and reconnect.

Over time, I came to understand that around 20 unique dialects lived within me. They surfaced depending on who I was with or what was needed. These languages don’t feel celestial but deeply grounded—raw, wise, and familiar. They offer a way to express what conventional language often cannot. Alongside them, I also guide others in connecting with Dragon Allies—powerful energetic beings who support personal transformation and reconnection to inner truth.

From 2012 to 2017, I was part of a beautiful spiritual community in Singapore, where I ran a holistic centre offering sessions, classes, and events. I also participated in Heart Mind Body festivals in Singapore and New Zealand, sharing my work with diverse communities. I’m certified in Reiki, Belvaspata Angelic Healing, and the Munay-Ki Rites, though my work is now rooted primarily in the Languages of the Self. I believe these languages live within many of us, waiting to be remembered and spoken.

In 2017, I returned to Belgium with my family—but the transition came with immense challenges. My husband was diagnosed with acute leukaemia just a month after our move. At the same time, I faced perimenopause, financial instability, and supported my young son through the stress of starting over in a new country. That period tested everything in me—I lost my connection to Source, to myself, and to the universe. It took four years before I had the strength to ask for help and begin the journey back to myself.

After two years of deep healing, I’ve found my voice again. The Languages of the Self have returned, and I now share them with others. I also host Wisdom Without the Guru, a podcast born from a long-held vision. It's a space where guests from all walks of life share the wisdom found in their personal journeys—offering insight, empowerment, and hope to others navigating their own path of self-discovery.
