Ever wonder, "Why the hell do companies publish blogs?" ...Yeah, that's my fault. Sorry! But let me explain why on your podcast.

Hey there! I'm Ashley Stryker, an oracle of oddball knowledge, including:
* How to maintain a client call while juggling a curious two-year-old on your lap in your home office.
* How to (almost) get fired in just one short meeting!
* How to measure ROI on "fluffy" marketing initiatives like brand awareness to prove your marketing investment impacted bottom-line results.
* How to oversalt your pork roast so badly, your husband broke out the applesauce to rescue it.
* How to sell tarot readings on Etsy after a misadventure as a "phone psychic."
* Where to find the absolute BEST "bee stings" at the Maryland Renaissance Festival.
... as well as your traditional professional topics of content marketing, internal advocacy and leadership, intern management -- the whole nine.
As a content marketer with over a decade of experience in the industry at a wide variety of companies, I've got some.... *interesting* stories and insider knowledge that could be both entertaining and useful.
(Basically, I'd be the perfect Trivial Pursuit companion if I only had a brain... full of pop culture knowledge.)
To be frank, I'm looking to get more people to find out about my podcast, the Professional Confessional: How the biggest professional mistakes we've ever made fundamentally changed our work, our careers, and our approach forever. I host interesting professionals and then wallow in their mistake for fifteen minutes, explaining what happened, why they made the mistake, and how they pivoted back out.
To that end, I'd like to appear on professional oriented podcasts. Whether your audience expect the latest SEO and content marketing trends, advice on being a professional parent, or just how they can actually use the STAR method in interviews to their advantage -- I offer the real-world stories and broader industry knowledge your audience needs, delivered in a quirky package that's not afraid to admit to her own mistakes or when she doesn't know something.
Let me know if there's any way I can help you out! As the great Andrew Davis says in Brandscaping, "A rising tide raises all ships." I truly believe that if I support you, we'll all benefit in the long run. :)
