I have release 4 non-fiction books on topics ranging from real estate, personal development, mindset and launching a new business under the name of Kevin A Dunlap. Now I feel motivated to go into the fiction realm - particularly in the science fiction arena where I am creating a universe that is filled with a misfit team that does somehow get along with each other their love, humor, and having a very good cause. I am releasing the first novel soon with a number of smaller novels (called interquels or interludes) to continue the adventure.
About me personally, I was born and raised in a small town outside of Pensacola, FL. I did nearly 5 years traveling the world thanks to the US Navy. I have been a college math teacher, stuntman, beach bartender and real estate investor - all at the same time. I lived in Las Vegas for 18 years running a real estate consultation company (this is when I wrote those non-fiction books). I have run a business coaching company and have done a few other projects. Now I feel a calling to go into the fiction realm with the series of aforementioned stories.
