Michelle Lamansky is a trauma-aware yoga teacher, holistic health coach, and nervous system educator who helps women remember who they are underneath the anxiety, the trauma, and the overwhelm. Through breath, gentle movement, and mindful awareness, she guides clients out of survival mode and back into presence—so they can feel calm, capable, and connected again. With a background in yoga for mental health, grief work, and wellness coaching, Michelle specializes in helping high-functioning-but-exhausted women regulate their nervous system, reduce stress, and finally feel at home in their bodies. Her approach is grounded, compassionate, and deeply transformative—rooted in science, but deeply human.
