About Merrick Rosenberg

Merrick Rosenberg is a keynote speaker, thought leader and personality guru. He co-founded Team Builders Plus in 1991 and Take Flight Learning in 2012. He is the author The Chameleon, Taking Flight!, and Personality Wins, three books about tapping into the power of your personality.

Merrick specializes in helping people use their personality to build better relationships, drive success and create joyful lives. Merrick has worked with people more than half of the Fortune 100 companies with people at all levels from line staff to CEOs.

He has shared his reimagined approach to teaching people how to utilize the personality styles with more than 100,000 people. He received his MBA specializing in Organizational Development from Drexel University who selected him as the Alumni Entrepreneur of the Year. Merrick has also been named the New Jersey CEO of the Year by AI magazine and Delaware Valley HR Consultant of the Year by the Society for Human Resource Management.
