Kashinda Marche is a self-made entrepreneur, TEDx speaker, and self-esteem coach dedicated to empowering women and girls in underserved communities. As the founder of Kreative on Purpose (KOP), she provides mental wellness tools, mentorship, and support to help others overcome adversity.

Born and raised in New Jersey, Kashinda faced struggles with self-esteem and destructive coping mechanisms. At 18, she became a mother and was soon diagnosed with HIV, leading to deep depression and multiple suicide attempts. Determined to reclaim her life, she sought therapy, embraced peer support, and shared her journey through blogging, inspiring others facing similar challenges.

This passion led to Kreative on Purpose, a nonprofit that dismantles stigma and provides resources for mental wellness. As a leader in her community and a member of the Rahway NAACP Executive Committee, Kashinda advocates for social justice and empowerment.

Her journey proves that even in the darkest moments, transformation is possible. Through her work, she continues to inspire others to turn their struggles into strength.
