We solved the dreaded task of finding and generating leads for agents, investors, and wholesalers. We started our journey by Wholesaling in northern California. We quickly realized that we couldn't keep up with follow ups for potential clients, let alone qualifying the readiness of those clients. Once the bot finds 2 of the 4 pillars of motivation, the bot will let the user know that the person it has been talking too is a hot lead and to reach out to them. If the bot does not find 2 of the 4 pillars of motivation, the bot will shut off for that specific person and wont let the user know and move one to the next potential client.

This has been such a great tool for us by filtering through our clients lists. It is a normal thing to get over 10,000 people per month through our client outreach efforts. Along with this, we used to have cold callers on payroll that would filter through all of these clients every month and find the ones who were ready. However, this was very expensive and human error was common.

Our own client outreach efforts for our wholesaling and real estate investing has consisted of mailers, cold calling, and ad running. This alone is 10's of thousands of dollars every month.
