The fundamentals behind Pay-it-Forward are centered around giving back. As a script writer, it may be my script, but a script doesn't make a movie. I am not a Director of Photography. I am not a costume designer. I am also not 185 other crew positions. I am but one man and this is not about me. This is about the Crew.
A Crew is what kids in the 90s called friends. Now-a-days if you're under 30 you call them collaborators. I believe a good crew always has each other's backs. I have the best Crew. So far you have only heard about our CEOs. We have been working in film and television for a long time. Each of the CEOs each have a group of well skilled crew members. When you spend as much time together as a crew does on set it's often hard not to create a "Crew family".

"Crew families" are not as great as you may think. Sure, they are a lot of fun! But they take you away from your real family, friends, and other loved ones. At Pay-it-Forward we are still looking to take you away from your families. But we are inviting you into ours. We would like to offer crew members the option to buy back equity from investors. If they ever wish to sell. It is not our main goal to be completely Crew owned but it is encouraged.

This dream is unheard of because greed has stopped many from finding the investor support needed to make a dream like this a reality. We are looking for our voice to be heard and maybe find a few people that share the same opinion and dreams we have.
