About julie kramer

Julie Kramer is a Spiritual Director, Transformational Coach and Author. Her passion is teaching people how to transform losses into wisdom to reclaim purpose, motivation and direction. She connects the dots between the soul’s calling and the process of regeneration, renewal and healing. Ms. Kramer’s 30 years of work as a career coach, spiritual director and chaplain, providing services to over 10,000 people dealing with life crisis issues, has led her to develop this program. Her coaching focuses on helping you to become the hero of your life as you integrate lost parts and transform your life.

Her recently published book "Grief to Gratitude, the Art of Grieving" argues that contrary to popular opinion, grief does not have to last forever. She gives you a new method to process sorrows, regrets, resentments, and anger. In this book, she offers a process for making a rapid pivot to new values, possibilities and choices. Each chapter increases your motivation to create a life based on your soul’s truth. If you are sick and tired of resentment, anger or grief, then this book is for you.

This book was created by Ms. Kramer to provide a guide to in-depth grieving with the goal of recovering and rebalancing completely. The foundation of this method is to dismantle the myth that grief lives with you forever. Ms. Kramer has worked with thousands of people who have followed this method successfully to process and release grief. She has proven that by focusing on the Divine, and seeking wisdom in the loss, it is possible to release grief and loss. She uses a multidisciplinary approach that reorganizes the way one sees and understands one’s circumstances.

Ms. Kramer has served as a hospital chaplain, grief counselor and hospice chaplain for UCSF Medical Center, Sutter Hospital and Heartland Hospice in Northern California.
