About Chrisa Boyce

Leveraging story, science, authenticity, and 15 years of senior leadership and management experience, I help clients up-level their business and personal and professional lives.

I take a transparent, realistic, and roll-up-my-own-sleeves approach to my consulting practice. Having served as VP of Marketing, CSO, and COO, I possess firsthand experience that allows me to understand the complexities of implementing change. The ultimate objective of any consulting project is to not just tell clients “what to do” but to help them with “how”.

Through a process that includes guiding, planning, training, and implementing, I work side by side with founders and senior leadership to create cultures and build infrastructures that company owners (and employees) can be proud of.

In my one-on-one executive (and personal) coaching I work with clients to help them grow into a new level of leadership. My approach is straightforward and intuitive. My job as a coach is to read between the lines and hear what is not being said so that I can help my clients close the gap from where they are to where they want to be. I use a mix of modalities such as CBT, Mindfulness, traditional coaching principles, and a host of communication and leadership philosophies.
