I graduated law
school in 2002 and realized at
the time that there was
tremendous competition
among law firms for new clients.
Basically, there were too manv
lawyers chasing after the same
clients.

After wasting a lot of money
on advertisements for my
personal injury practice I put out a small ad for lawsuit funding.

Since it is a niche business
there was and still remains
relatively little competition.
At that time only a few other
companies existed in the
industry. Additionally, all of the
other lawyers that were my
competitors were instead now
potential customers.
