I am Stephani Shepherd, the owner of Great Life is a Mus, a military spouse, and mom of 2 kiddos. As an Empowerment Coach, I assist women in breaking the barriers that keep them stuck. My creative outlets are speaking to groups, blogging, and creating encouraging content for social media. I enjoy sharing my story of how I used to be the shrink-back queen and would never put myself out there. Once I got over that hurdle, I was then faced with another challenge of positioning myself in my right lane. I had drifted to becoming a generic "influencer" and soon realized that was not part of my purpose. After a strategic process of self-discovery, I completely rebranded my business. I have now dedicated my business to influencing the actions and beliefs of other women in a way that encourages them to come alive! Happiness is not about instant success; it is about knowing you are headed in the right direction.
