Belle Niba is Executive Director at African Ubora, a digital media and marketing company that supports small businesses to effectively compete in a global economy. She is also Founder of African Vibes, a media brand that seeks to celebrate contemporary African identity from a positive point of view as well as inspire readers to engage and play a part in accelerating Africa's growth and development.
For over 20 years, she served as a Tech Leader for multiple fortune 500 companies. She holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business Information Systems and a Masters in Business Administration (MBA). She is also a Fellow of Stanford University’s Diversity Program for Magazine Publishers.
She has won multiple awards for her leadership, some of which include the LPS President's Award, Devry Distinguished Alumni Award, BMCA Service Award, SHESA Community Leadership Award and more. She has been featured in different media outlets including NPR, Voice of America, LA Watts Times, Our Weekly, CNE-TV, Ladybrille Magazine and more.
