I'm in my 60th year of life, and I have a story to share — one built on wisdom earned through decades of living, listening, and learning. That's why I wrote my first spiritual fiction book, Walk with Wisdom. It's my legacy, woven from my own life experiences and the real struggles of the clients I've had the privilege of serving. As a young child, I was quietly intuitive. Not psychic — just a deep knower. I kept it to myself, assuming everyone felt what I felt. Those subjects simply weren't talked about. But that inner knowing never left me. In my late forties, it led me to a major career pivot: I left sales and marketing to become a professional hypnotist. In 2013, I founded Wise Mind Hypnosis with one clear purpose — helping people reconnect with their own inner wisdom while making meaningful, lasting changes in their lives. In 2024, I began writing. Not because I planned to — but because I needed to. Both of my parents were battling aggressive cancer, and I desperately needed an escape, a way to stay sane. Three handwritten notebooks later, I realized I had something worth sharing. From there, I was guided — through what I can only describe as a series of beautiful coincidences — to learn how to self-publish and bring this story into the world. The characters in Walk with Wisdom carry my struggles and the struggles of so many others. I wrote this book for the people who keep searching outside themselves for answers that have been inside them all along. I'm passionate about bringing this story to life because it is joyful, playful, and genuinely inspirational. And when I'm not writing or seeing hypnosis clients, you'll find me with my husband of 37 years, my two children, my grand puppy Zoey (the most adorable Havanese you've ever seen), or out on the pickleball court.
