Graham Davies is our founder and has worked in top-tier finance roles in London for 14 years. He left corporate finance with the belief that small businesses deserved bigger wins. Larger companies always seemed to get the sweeter deal - bigger tax breaks, better bookkeeping and more financial insights. Graham wanted to change that - which is why his entrepreneurial journey through the global pandemic has been a success!

John Miller is our C.O.O. He has worked in finance for 14+ years, from 'Big 4' firms like EY, to green tech startup Spring (where he spearheaded a £1m fundraiser campaign). John is passionate about making the complicated simple for everybody, and empowering small business owners to succeed.

Liesa Stecher is our C.GO. She is a marketing/brand consultant who has worked with major firms like Conde Nast International and Zara. She's also helped start-ups grow - taking the dating app Lumen from 10k users to 1 million users in just 9 months. Liesa is a strong advocate for women in business and can speak about marketing, brand identity, and empowering women to succeed.
