About Kevin Dunlap

Kevin has been a speaker for many years starting off as a graduate student at Florida State University (FSU). This taught him skills and techniques, like being flexible and adaptable to different situations, that he still uses today.

Today he speaks on different topics ranging from personal & professional development and business-related topics. His unique background ranging from serving overseas for four years in the U.S. Navy, being a college math tutor and teacher, performing onstage and in films as a stuntman and stunt coordinator, to speaking at different professional organizations has given him a lot of unique experiences he enjoys sharing with others.

He was an active student and learner for several years while honing his skills at various Toastmasters Associations.

Kevin is currently the founder and lead trainer at Optimal Performance Academy which is an organization that includes creating online courses, group & private coaching, and public speaking to different organizations and groups.

When he was younger his mother instilled within him a love for travel and seeing more of the country and world. In late 2021 he decided to purchase a vehicle while visiting his ailing father which ended up becoming a 54-day road trip including seeing 14 states and driving the circumference of both Florida and California.

His goal is to speak at more places across the U.S. and around the world teaching what he has learned over the years and to aid others to gain a better understanding of their own abilities and to instill that they can do whatever they set their mind to.
