About Jana Brody

Jana Brody is a visual artist, podcaster, and business owner empowering others to find their creative voice through art experiences. Jana also is a Santa Barbara Arts Commissioner, 2nd District, passionate about public art.

Jana Brody grew up in the 1980s attending Dodger games

with her family. She writes about having lived through a

tragic ordeal surrounding her mother’s death by a foul ball

at Dodger Stadium in 2018. Speaking out and advocating

for fan safety and extended nets led her to be interviewed by

ESPN, e New York Times, e Washington Post, Inside

Edition and People magazine about her views,

Jana is creative and outspoken about the issues she is

passionate about.

"I realized how and why I want to empower others to find their voice through art when I spoke out and used my words for advocacy and change." Jana guides private and corporate groups in art and her most popular theme is the "painted Affirmation" where everyone's art is personal expression.
