About Leisa Coffman

I am a Director, Writer & Producer that has been involved in the entertainment industry for over 20 years where I have worked in the production of films and the publishing of books. This is when I tapped into my own creative ability as a filmmaker.

Aside from filmmaking, I am also a singer/songwriter and developed my own form of meditation called Luna Lum. This has been beneficial and helpful with the pandemic in managing stress levels and also helping others.

In late 2020, I decided to start planning on beginning a film festival for 2021, that would fit with the worlds needs. My own abilities as a web developer including my experience as a filmmaker gave me the intuitive inspiration needed to launch something different. Now, four months into the year, I am happy to say, Luna Lumen Film Festival has launched with beautiful films from all around the world flowing in.

The film festival offers a digital portal that gives filmmakers the necessary tools needed to screen their film and make important contacts. In addition, we do what we call "Pop Up" festivals of the selected films in locations through out the United States at outdoor arenas and parks.

Our festival is FREE to the public to view films and inexpensive for the filmmaker to submit their films. We offer discount codes reducing submitting costs to 75% and at times opening it up with FREE submittals. This allows ALL filmmakers around the globe the opportunity to submit their films. We look for corporate sponsors that help us to carry the costs so that we can allow the art of film to grow and blossom in the way that it should.

With all my life experiences, I am a interesting guest. I have a fun, carefree spirit and love life to the fullest. Often my carefree approach to life along with my fun nature seems to enlighten those around me and helps to inspire others.
