About Hyapatia Lee

Hyapatia studied for decades with medicine men and women from across the U.S. In 2001 she was elected to the prestigious position of Blessed Woman, AKA Beloved Woman, for the Lost River Band of the Cherokees. She taught the people to speak Cherokee, conducted healing ceremonies and sweat lodges, and taught the medicine wheel teachings.
After seeing how much these helped the people of the Lost River Band, Hyapatia wrote five books on Indigenous traditional mental health teachings. Hyapatia also has an extensive background in film production and is a Screen Actors Guild member, so it was a natural progression to begin a YouTube channel. Hyapatia has also written several courses for Udemy and has a Patreon site where she offers more in-depth teachings for those who are interested in personal assistance.
