I am an author, an urban farm wife, and the homeschooling mother of my four special needs kids. I am a storyteller. I shine light on the extraordinary that is present in every mundane life, and I seek to encourage people to take the leap into loving their ordinary and making it exceptional. In particular, I am equipped to talk about accidental homeschooling becoming purposeful, special needs parenting and having a marriage that can beat the statistics, and the necessity of grief when you wake up to a life you didn't expect.
