Alek specializes in helping small businesses with sales in excess of $1 million per year and midsize businesses (up to $50 million per year in sales) make more money, designing and implementing management systems, helping the business owner learn how to work on their business instead of just in the business, crystalizing their vision, working through thinking blocks, identifying dozens of problem areas that the ownership didn’t even realize was there. Alek is an experienced entrepreneur, veteran real estate investor, business growth advisor, sales, operations management and financial department trainer with many years of CEO/CFO level experience. In the last 20 years he has educated hundreds of business owners, salespeople, transition training of employees to managers and investors, and helped many dozens of small to midsize business owners collectively increase their revenues by tens of millions of dollars.

Some of his recent results are:

-Client went from about $875,000 to approximately $3,300,000 in annual net profit within 12 months of engagement completion (General Contractor in California)

-Client accumulated an additional $1 million in 100% paid-off assets within 4 months of engagement completion by using managerial changes Alek implemented with their team (Agricultural & Construction Equipment Dealer in Minnesota)

-Client made one change that they didn’t even realize was a problem that resulted in $500,000 in annual ongoing savings, then through operational improvements we made, resulting in additional revenues exceeding $650,000 per year by increasing prices on some services and charging for other services that they were giving away before (Oil & Gas Company in Michigan)
