dedicated to empowering individuals and teams to reach their full potential. Throughout their career,
Ahmad has held various executive positions, where he successfully navigated complex challenges and
fostered high-performing teams.

Ahmad began his career in sales and quickly advancing through roles that enhanced his strategic thinking
and people leadership skills where he recently served as the General Manager for Middle East & Africa in
Kimberly Clark. His journey has provided invaluable insights into the dynamics of effective leadership and
the importance of cultivating a positive organizational culture.

This extensive executive background allows Ahmad to connect with leaders from all sectors. His practical,
real-world approach has made him a trusted partner for a diverse range of prestigious organizations,
including government entities like Dubai Police and Ajman Government in UAE and the Ministry of Planning
in Iraq, global corporates such as the Abu Dhabi Refreshment Company (PepsiCo Bottler) and TikTok's
Middle East Office in Riyadh & EMEA Office in Dublin, and international NGOs including the IUCN.

Known for his collaborative approach, Ahmad emphasizes the significance of communication, trust, and
emotional intelligence in leadership. Recognizing a calling to coaching, Ahmad transitioned to leadership
development and Co-Founded- The Evolve Academy - An Evolving Corporate Training and coaching
Academy dedicated to cultivating consciousness in leadership where he has since focused on helping
emerging and established leaders enhance their skills. By employing a combination of Corporate Training,
Team coaching and interactive workshops equipping Team Leaders with the tools they need to thrive in
