About Lindsey

Lindsey Carnick, LCSW, MSW, MA, is the owner and founder of Onward Psychological Services, a Colorado-based private counseling practice serving adult individuals, couples, and families in CO, CT, MA, ME, MD, NE, NV, and RI. Lindsey specializes in anxiety and individuals coming from high-stress work and personal lifestyles, in addition to depression, anger, life stage change, and relational issues. Lindsey is a frequent presenter at local and national events--public and private-- where she offers workshops, keynotes, and interactive presentations on stress management and other bespoke topics impacting professionals' quality of life.
Lindsey recived her Master of Social Work degree from Indiana University at Purdue University Indianapolis, and her Master of Arts degree from Purdue University. Her counseling clients have included a wide range of individuals from high-intensity backgrounds including military leadership, law enforcement, professional athletes, c-suite executives, incarcerated individuals, attorneys, dentists, physician couples, small business owners, entrepreneurs, and working parents. Lindsey is an avid reader, runner, and lover of cereal straight out of the box (which she can eat faster than you can, bar none.) She loves spending time with her family and friends.
