About Kyle Hollingsworth

Kyle Hollingsworth is a multi-disciplinary creative whose expression includes fine art, illustration, singing/songwriting, public speaking, sound healing and design. Her fine art and design career spans three decades, and her work has been featured and exhibited from New York to Los Angeles, with collectors throughout the U.S. and abroad. She has a daily gratitude practice that will exceed 2000 consecutive days in August of 2021, and has given talks on Gratitude as a Superpower. Kyle is a survivor of decades of trauma including the suicide of her mother when she was 8 years old, sexual abuse, the imprisonment and death of her father, the murder of her best friend, the death of her baby in late pregnancy, and many more. Instead of letting these things take her out, she again and again chooses to do the real work of healing her trauma through art, somatic and plant medicine therapy, and sharing and helping others. Her soul purpose here is to inspire others that we are stronger and more resilient than we can even imagine, that there is always a choice to find gratitude in everything, and that we are all creative, with a shared birthright to express ourselves fully. This is our one juicy life. Let us live it out loud, bravely, and with intention and a grateful heart.
