I’m Omolade Awokola, founder and CEO of Instict, an AI-powered interview coach designed to help job seekers practise real company-specific interviews, get instant feedback, and improve their chances of landing the roles they truly want. My journey began after facing countless rejections despite being qualified, and I realised the real problem wasn’t the lack of skill but the lack of preparation tools that truly understood the modern hiring process. That personal frustration became the foundation for Instict, a platform that allows users to simulate interviews tailored to their CV, job role, and target company, receive detailed STAR-based feedback, and access performance analytics to track improvement.

I hold a Master’s degree in Digital Marketing from the University of Bedfordshire and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Cape Coast, and I have worked across industries including finance, recruitment, and technology, experiences that helped me understand both the candidate and employer side of the hiring process. My background in marketing and growth strategy also shaped how Instict communicates its value to job seekers around the world, turning AI into a tool for empowerment rather than intimidation.
