: Genesys Works Bay Area is a workforce development nonprofit that equips high school students from under-resourced communities with the skills, experiences, and professional networks needed for long-term economic mobility. Through a year-long program that combines technical training, paid corporate internships, and ongoing mentorship, students gain real-world exposure to in-demand careers while building confidence and workplace readiness. In partnership with leading Bay Area employers and a strong community of supporters, Genesys Works Bay Area helps young people launch meaningful career pathways and break cycles of economic inequality.
