Bio:
John Jones, founder of WSS, has a diverse educational background in Sociology, Anthropology, History, and Business Administration. His expertise spans 17 years in business and systems analysis, project management, and organizational change, along with 25 years of life and spiritual coaching. John’s work focuses on understanding human patterns, evolution, and karma, helping individuals and organizations align with nature, heal from trauma, and evolve their consciousness.

John has worked with executives and teams to solve organizational and operational challenges while integrating a conscious and collaborative approach to transforming global systems for global health and alignment with Nature. He has developed a complete system for personal and cultural transformation and is the key architect of WSS’s conscious collaboration model and educational materials.

As the lead architect of the PHOENIX World Transformation Platform™, John guides the integration of organizational processes into a cohesive strategy that addresses the climate crisis. He is also the author of two books: Enter the Era of Empowerment: Self-Sovereignty in a Complex World and A World Without Fear. John resides in South Florida, west of Ft. Lauderdale.
