About Paige Weber

As a child, all I wanted to do was create. I craved it. No matter what time of day, and no matter the obstacles that stood in my path, I always discovered a way to express my inner Banksy. Whether that meant drawing on paper table-covers at our nearest fine dining establishment, doodling all over our neighbor's sidewalks (since ours was already filled with my designs), or graffiti-ing our unfinished wooden basement stairs (sorry Dad!), it was an unquenchable passion, and still is to this day.
My second love was collecting. From Pokémon cards to stuffed animals to tiny rubber lizards, I simply couldn't get enough. And if you stood in the way of me and that First Edition Charizard... well, you'd better watch out.
However, my path didn't begin this clearly. After graduating from the University of Iowa with High Honors in Mass Communication Studies and Journalism, I began my occupational journey in a sales career. I kept busy honing a variety of advantageous skills, such as presenting to C-Level executives, building immediate rapport, actively listening, and navigating high-profile business negotiations. I was also one of the fastest promotions in our office, and won multiple sales contests, leading to some lovely sun-filled trips to Miami.
I somewhat stumbled, somewhat lept into marketing, and am so glad I did. Entering this field from a sales and journalism background gave me the advantage of fully appreciating a business' bottom line, how to recognize consumer motivations, how to work cohesively with a sales team, how to truly qualify a lead, and how to speak in a way that actually resonates with customers.
Fast forward to today, I am still driven by the need to create. My passions, along with some elbow grease and a whole lot of hard work, have guided me on my career path to owning my own Branding Agency. In my business, I live to create cohesive brand stories, riveting content, successful campaigns, and invigorating customer journeys that turn businesses into friends, and customers into fans.
And from time to time, you may just find me doodling on my paper tablecloth :)
