Hi there!

My name is Indi, and I started Core Culture in 2023, with a passion to bring Sydney-Siders boutique Reformer Pilates studios that focus on technique-based principles, incorporating high-intensity flows to ensure clients are getting a killer workout. With hindsight, only a 22 year-old would open such a demanding and capital intensive business in a highly saturated market….! Safe to say we are thriving though, and I am so glad I did.

In just two years we have opened 3 locations, with 2 more to open later in the year. CC has been entirely self-funded, which is something I am incredibly proud of. Off the back of the physical studios, I have launched a successful activewear label, retreats that consistently sell-out, and our rapidly growing online Pilates studio.

While launching CC, I completed my BHS Nutritional Medicine to compliment the business, which we are now heavily integrating.

I have learnt an astronomical amount in just 2.5 years. Nothing turns you inside-out and casts a light on who you are more than running a business (a rapidly expanding one with high overheads at that) will.

My journey to entrepreneurship has been anything but smooth! I wish I could have heard from more founders in their early days, and learn what it really takes to run a business, particularly while you are still so young and still learning who you are, yourself.

I have such an amazing story I am itching to share, and would love to be able to do-so while I am still so early in the “building phase”.
