I'm Tina Byram, a nonprofit strategist, community advocate, and service leader who believes strong communities are built through better conversations—and practical solutions. I work with nonprofits and community organizations on the challenges that often happen behind the scenes: leadership, fundraising, sustainability, generational change, technology, and turning good intentions into measurable impact. I'm especially interested in conversations that challenge the status quo without turning everything into a political fight. I like asking: What's actually not working, and what can we do about it?
