- eviCore, best-in-class medical management and longitudinal analytics, backed by General Atlantic and TA Associates ($3.6 billion acquisition by Express Scripts)
- Zelis, leader in cost containment and healthcare payments ($5.7 billion transaction with Redcard alongside Bain Capital and Parthenon)

- Led M&A, strategy, product development and partnerships at Zelis

- Member of leadership team that built eviCore from $500 million to $3+ billion in revenues in just 3.5 years

- Speaker at numerous industry events on healthcare, private equity and innovation

Dunston headed up Medco’s Emerging Markets strategies, including Brazil, India and China, and worked on domestic US transactions across the spectrum, including HCIT, CROs, specialty pharma and Medicare/Medicaid. He helped facilitate a significant investment by US private equity investors in the largest PBM in Brazil.

He has completed over $40 billion worth of M&A transactions in North America, Europe, Latin America, China and India with extensive deal experience across the entire capital structure.
