About Eric Legette

For over two decades, I have dedicated my life to using my knowledge, passion, leadership skills, and writing to help people to overcome obstacles and hurdles. From 1996-2016 I served as the Founder of Fathers With Voices. The program provided coaching /consultation for non-custodial and divorced fathers involved in visitation and custody cases. As a result of my consultation, men obtained visitation and custody of their children. I also provided assistance for single mothers.. During that time, I appeared on numerous national media shows to discuss fathers' rights, responsible parenting, domestic violence, relationships, and education. Notable appearances include the Steve Harvey morning show, the former Tom Joyner morning show, and the former Michael Baisden Show. I appeared in the New York Times and in the historical Ebony Magazine. I have authored several books related to fathers' rights, domestic violence prevention, and education leadership. A forthcoming book related to addressing teen depression and anxiety will be published by the end of June.

Due to numerous interview appearances, I am very comfortable speaking before audiences on radio and podcasts. I was invited to appear on numerous shows multiple times. My next project will focus on addressing the frustration many people are experiencing while dating. As part of dating interview.com, I am instrumental in creating presentations that will remove daters from the risk of people wasting their valuable.

I was selected as a Resident Associate with the National Humanities Center (8/22-5/23) to study with scholars from around the world. I completed two books during my time studying at the Center which will be published later this year.

Anyone who decides to invite me to their Podcasts can look forward to a guest who will be well prepared, a guest who will not dominate the conversation, and a guest with a great sense of humor.
