Matt Green is the co-founder at The Green Organization. He is an experienced investor and entrepreneur with expertise in real estate and digital marketing. Through his successful 13 year athletic career winning national championships and being scouted professionally by NHL teams, Matt developed a strong work ethic that has allowed him to successfully expand The Green Organization with his father Bryan, and there investment portfolio. Matt has been able to grow The Green Organization’s apartment portfolio to over $70 million dollars.

Matt has developed a process and team that produces 100 apartment unit renovations every year. In addition to spending millions of dollars each year on renovations, Matt also manages a new construction company that builds apartment buildings. The Green Organization’s portfolio is growing at a rate of over $30 million dollars annually.

In addition to acquiring and building multifamily assets, Matt shares his experiences online through social media. Matt and his team create content through the obstacles and successes that come with investing. Matt’s goal is to document how to grow a multi billion dollar real estate empire so others can learn how to achieve success through real estate too.
