About Bill Williamson

I have been a pastor for my adult career, as well as a hospice chaplain. In 2021, after 38 years of marriage, my life came to an end. During that unexpected storm, God granted me the strength and the courage to finish a book I had begun in 2020. I have lived with a narcissistic father, battled depression weathered a divorce, faced countless transitions in life, and yet God has given me what I need through whatever storms I faced. I have three amazing adult daughters, two sons-in-law, and four grandchildren. At 64 years of age, I believe God has an even greater season of ministry on the other side of my most recent storms as I help others recognize how "painfully making headway" in life, or "straining at the oars", is not how God intended us to live. Yet, God uses everything, the highs and lows, the blessings and the tragedies of life to continue developing us into the person he already knows we are to become. I am living proof.
