My wife and I have lived and worked in many countries teaching in many different types of institutions from schools to companies. We are both massively into cycling and although we are now much more settled in mainly one place, Valencia, Spain, we still get a chance to travel quite a bit throughout the year and spend almost 3 months in France each year as well.

I began a podcast called Busy Pro Fast Wellness last September and have been consistently putting out one episode per week ever since. My podcasts are normally around 9 minutes except when I have guests and I try to make them as practical as possible. I essentially tailor my content to busy professionals who need a fast blast of fitness and wellness that they can easily incorporate into their busy days. I recognise that many busy professionals do not have enough time or indeed inclination to spend an hour a day exercising, meditating, etc so all my routines are super fast and effective.

I am also a semi-professional musician who is a keen student and fan of Jazz. I am presently playing in 3 groups here in Valencia (although one of the groups is almost defunct, I am trying to get the guys back together to start a new musical project. We have played and toured in Spain.
