They struggle because buyers don’t quickly understand the problem they solve, who they help, or why they are different. My work focuses on helping founders and sales teams make their value obvious, relevant and easy to say yes to. I’m the creator of Clear Sales Message™, a practical framework designed to improve conversion by improving clarity rather than just increasing marketing activity. I work mainly with B2B companies, consultants and service businesses that want to win more of the opportunities they already have. Alongside my consultancy work I host the Daily Sales Message podcast, where I’ve shared over 900 short, practical sales lessons based on real situations rather than theory. I’m particularly interested in the psychology of buying decisions, how confidence is built in sales conversations, and why most deals are actually lost long before price or negotiation is discussed. What drives me is simplicity. I believe business growth often comes from making things clearer rather than more complicated. When I’m not working on sales messaging or training, I’m usually creating content, developing practical sales frameworks, or exploring how AI is changing how businesses communicate and sell. My core belief is simple: clear beats clever, and most deals are lost in explanation, not negotiation.
