About Zack Mutnik

I’m Zack Mutnik, a licensed electrical contractor, Navy veteran, and owner of Jeff Masters Electric, a veteran-owned residential and commercial electrical company that has served Florida since 1987. Alongside my wife Brittany, I purchased the 40-year-old business and relocated across the state to modernize and grow the company while preserving the reputation and relationships it was built on. What drives me most is proving that skilled trades and blue-collar businesses still offer incredible opportunities for entrepreneurship, leadership, and long-term success. I’m passionate about helping modernize the perception of the trades industry while maintaining old-school values like honesty, reliability, and strong customer relationships. Today, Jeff Masters Electric focuses on residential and commercial electrical work, generators, service, and long-term client relationships throughout Southwest Florida. Brittany and I have worked to transform the company through improved systems, branding, social media marketing, customer communication, and company culture — all while navigating the realities of running a family-owned service business together. I’m also passionate about supporting veterans transitioning into civilian careers and creating opportunities within the trades through mentorship and SkillBridge programs. My story combines entrepreneurship, leadership, skilled trades advocacy, business acquisition, and the challenges of scaling a service-based company in today’s world.
