As the Director of Client Services at WebEnertia (a full service digital and creative agency in Silicon Valley), I oversee our team of Project Managers and lead all of the client services within the agency. The level of service, communication, and commitment I've maintained towards clients has led to an increase in client retention and even increased our Net Promoter Score to an astonishing 88! (A score of "70" is considered "World Class" - so we're extremely proud of this). I'd love to speak on tips, recommendations, and little adjustments in client relationships that lead to significant revenue drivers within the company. I'm also a big advocate of revisiting what has been done in the past, to ensure we're always looking ahead (for the client, and our team).
