About Cat Hamilton

Life has brought many challenges, without which I wouldn't be the person I am today. I seem to have been drawn to supporting and empowering others be that through managing a hostel of teenagers in care, drug and alcohol counselling, meditation teaching, body work and coaching.
It has all led me to this point. I have created a business that incorporates all of my - my spirituality, my creativity and my authentic voice.
I have synesthesia which allows me to see the world through blended senses. I see peoples personalities around them in colour and I also see music in colour and movement. Along with my sixth sense, prophetic dreams and intuition I have a unique way of engaging with the world.
I have written a few e-books, led groups, attuned hundreds of people to Reiki and worked with many more people over the years in a therapeutic way.
I love to share my knowledge, insights and experiences with others in the hope that I may inspire them.
I have been interviewed on a couple of radio shows, appeared in magazines and newspapers and been published in several magazines both physically and digitally.
I am happy to share meditation insights, life insights and how I see the world and how it helps me.
